Due to the nature of our product we are unable to accept returns of any kind.

Ego Extensions will not allow returns on any items which have been custom colored,styled or altered.

ALL IN SALON ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE
All Wigs and Extensions purchased within the salon are also FINAL SALE

Exchange Policy

Unauthorized Exchanges Are Not Allowed!

Any customer wishing to process an exchange must submit a valid reason to Management

Exchanges will only be processed with Management Approval

All Exchanges are subject to a 25%-35% Restocking Fee

Restocking Fee must be paid in full before exchange product is shipped

All Clients Must pay return Shipping Fees and Cost

Stock Items 5-14 Business Days

Custom Items 6-14 weeks

At this time we do not offer overnight delivery

Please note all items are shipped to billing address

Exchange Items May take up to 3 weeks for delivery

Please note that we do obtain products from overseas, Shipping time frames may vary due to Overseas Holidays

Clients will be informed of any such situations.

Ego Extensions is not held liable for lost ,damaged or stolen packages

Customer may request Insurance for package,for more information please

All clients which issue unlawful chargeback's will be banned from Website and Salon

from all first time clients as well as buyers agreement signature

Ego Extensions is not held responsible for Lace wig units which do not fit client.

Consultations are given to educate client on the advantages of wearing Lace wigs

If you would like consultant to take measurements please note that all information given is for reference only.

It is the customers final decision to process or decline ordering a Custom or In Stock Lace wig from Ego Extensions.

Please note all In Stock units are templates of Small,Medium and Large measurements.

If client orders stock unit they cannot hold Ego Extensions liable for it not fitting.
